Foods to Treat Acne & Pimples
While store bought chemicals can be easy to use, they aren’t always the most effective and can be quite expensive.

1. Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Add a couple drops of tea tree oil and 1 tsp. coconut oil ten apply mixture to face and rinse with lukewarm water after 15 minutes. A great moisturizer for dry skin types and will have your skin feeling smooth and silky!
2. Tomato Juice – Take a cotton swab and dip into tomato juice and leave on for 10 minutes before rinsing with cool water. Pat dry skin and repeat everyday. A great tip to add to your skin care routine!
3. Vitamin E Oil – Mix with almond or jojoba oil to gently remove pimples and reduce the appearance of scarring.
4. Garlic – Easting garlic is a great way for removing acne if you have oily skin that is sensitive and prone to breakouts. Garlic helps to boost the immune system to reduce acne inflammation.
5. Orange Peels – Take an orange peel and gently rub the inside of the skin along your forehead or acne is present. Also, great for fading away scars and blemishes.
