How To Clean Your Makeup Brushes
If you love makeup, and let’s be honest, you most likely do, then you probably know what a hassle it is to clean your brushes.
The build up on your brushes is from excess makeup, dirt, and is loaded with all sorts of grime.
Cleaning your brushes often is a great way to help prevent the spread of bacteria and avoid breakouts.
It’s actually really very easy to clean your brushes all you need is a bowl, hot water, some vinegar and a little bit of olive or almond oil.
Fill up a bowl or cup with hot water and add 1 teaspoon almond oil and 1 teaspoon vinegar and just swirl the brushes around for about a minute.
Let the brushes soak for 2-4 minutes, remove and rise with water. Lightly pat the brush on a towel and allow it to air dry for a few hours.
That’s all you have to do. Repeat once a week to make sure the brushes stay clean and to minimize the risk of acne breakouts.
